We are looking for a maternity cover of an International Recruiter who will conduct staffing assignments typically for entry to middle management level roles in Denmark, Norway and Sweden. You will deliver sophisticated recruitment service solutions to the business and drive innovation with a strong commercial and customer focus. We are constantly looking at ways to improve the 'employer desireability factor' and improve the brand perception in the market place - you will play an active part in this development.
You will be the single point of contact for HR Business Partners managing the end to end process of the assignment (SLA Briefings, sourcing strategy development - direct & indirect channels to market development) to the hiring of the selected candidate (offer signature & induction); implement sourcing strategy and conduct sourcing activities in collaboration with internal and / or external resources.
There is a clear framework of KPIs that the staffing team are focused and geared towards.
Qualifications
A University level degree, or equivalent, are desireable; a blend of consultancy and inhouse recruitment exposure, in Denmark, Norway or Sweden, would be helpful but not essential. Broader HR backgrounds are also of interest.
Fluency in Danish, Swedish or Norwegian and English are essential; expertise in recruiting at professional and managerial level are highly desireable.
